Q: What types of products can you print?

A: You name it we print it. Flyers, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, labels, business cards, NCR forms, magnets, tax invoice books, stationery, brochures, magazines… the list goes on.

Q: What if I need something that’s not on your print price calculator?

A: There is such an enormous variety of print possibilities, so we have only put the most commonly purchased items on our price calculator.

If you require something that’s not there, please contact us, either by telephone or email and we will provide you with an individualised quote.

Q: What is your normal turnaround time?

A: Although KatPrint's lead time is adjusted to meet your needs, our average turnaround time is between 7 and 10 working days from your approval of proof.

Q: What is a proof ?

A: A proof is a design draft of your printed item/s. We send this to you for you to check and see if we have included all of your requirements, that the text and graphics are correct and that you are happy with the design.

Q: Do you provide delivery?

A: Yes, we can deliver your products to anywhere in Australia.

Q: I need my order shipped to more than one location, is that possible?

A: Yes, we can provide custom fulfillment services and pack different quantities to be sent to any number of different locations in Australia. We can also insert additional components into the material we print, or insert printed materials into envelopes for you.

Q: What do you charge for your graphic design services?

A: As every job is bespoke we quote on an individual job basis, but you can be sure that the price you're paying is very competitive and you will receive exceptional value.

Q: I am a graphic designer. Do you provide wholesale services?

A: Yes. Please contact us for details of trade services and pricing. We can also drop ship printed products directly to your clients in either unmarked packaging, or complete with your own markings on packaging.
